Oft-awarded NNP Residential, a leading downtown apartment manager, has captured four additional 2007 Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence Awards (CAMME) presented by the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA).
Recent winner of the Chicago Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Award, NNP was honored as Outstanding Maintenance Team for Grand Plaza, a 56-story luxury rental tower at State Street and Grand Avenue.
In addition, NNP, with a management portfolio of high-rise residential towers in the Lincoln Park, River North, West Loop, Fulton District and New East Side, was recognized with CAMME awards for its corporate newsletter, Website and corporate print ads.
