BENNETT NAMED NNP MARKETING MANAGER

Deanna Bennett, previously leasing director for the Grand Plaza residential towers in the River North neighborhood has been appointed marketing manager for NNP Residential, co-developer and property manager of the award-winning complex.

NNP’s portfolio of high-rise rental towers under management in the Lincoln Park, River North, West Loop, and New East Side, also includes Left Bank at K Station located in Chicago’s Fulton District/River North neighborhood; 2555 N. Clark St. in the Lincoln Park area (162 apartments), 180 N. Jefferson in the West Loop (274 apartments) and The Shoreham (548 apartments) at Lakeshore East. NNP is also the co-developer of Lakeshore East, the 28-acre, $4 billion mixed-use development three blocks east of Michigan Avenue between Wacker Drive and Randolph Street.

Grand Plaza encompasses a 37-story west tower whose 283 units were converted to condominium ownership in December 2005 while the 56-story east tower with 481 apartments continues as a luxury rental property. Designed by the architectural firm of Loewenberg Architects, Grand Plaza was named the 2004 “Development of the Year” by the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association and a multiple winner of CAMME awards.

Bennett, 26, is a native of Long Beach, CA and currently makes her home on Chicago’s Near North Side. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX. She holds memberships in both the Greater Michigan Avenue Association and River North Association.
